TERMS & CONDITIONS – MAGIC BOX FINAL FOUR GIVEAWAY
1. Organizer:
THE MAGIC BOX AE, headquartered in Nikaia, Attica, at 447 P. Ralli Avenue, organizes an Instagram giveaway titled: “MAGIC BOX FINAL FOUR GIVEAWAY”.
2. Giveaway Duration:
The giveaway will run from 17/05/2026 until 25/05/2026 at 23:59 through Magic Box’s official Instagram account.
3. Participation Method:
To participate validly, users must: Follow the Instagram account @magic.box.shop, Like the giveaway post, and comment by tagging one or more friends. Each additional comment with a different tag counts as an extra entry.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one LG Smart TV 50UR78006LK with an approximate value of €400. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected through an electronic random draw after the giveaway ends. The announcement will be made via Instagram story and/or direct message from Magic Box’s official account. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Eligibility:
Participation is open to individuals over 18 years old. Employees of the company and their first-degree relatives are excluded from participating.
7. Personal Data:
Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of the processing of the necessary personal data solely for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and communicating with the winner. The organizer may publish the winner’s username on its social media accounts exclusively for the purpose of announcing the results.
8. Disclaimer:
This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram/Meta or LG Electronics.
9. Prize Collection:
The prize must be collected from the headquarters of THE MAGIC BOX AE at 447 Petrou Ralli Avenue, Nikaia, following coordination with the winner. If the winner resides outside Attica, the prize may be shipped via courier/transport company, with shipping costs borne by the winner.
10. Additional Terms:
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries originating from fake or spam accounts or entries that do not comply with the participation requirements. The prize is provided as-is by the manufacturer, and the organizer bears no responsibility for any technical specifications or manufacturing issues related to the product.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the giveaway, each participant declares that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
